1,002,018 unwanted-call complaints in the FCC's public dataset are attributed to a US state. Below is every state with complaint data, ranked by volume, with the numbers its residents report most and how its Do Not Call rules work. 12 of these states run their own Do Not Call registry alongside the federal one.
