Dispute a listing

If you own or operate a phone number listed on WhoCalledLookup and believe the information shown is inaccurate, you can dispute it. We take disputes seriously and review every one within two business days.

What we can do

  • Remove community reports that are false, abusive, or contain personal information.
  • Add an official business statement to your number's page identifying who you are and why you call.
  • Correct carrier or location data that has changed since assignment.

What we can't do

  • Remove FCC complaint statistics — these are official public records published by the Federal Communications Commission. To dispute an FCC complaint, contact the FCC directly at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
  • Remove truthful, non-abusive reports of consumers' own experiences.

How to file

Email hello@whocalledlookup.com from a domain or account that demonstrates control of the number (e.g. your business domain), including:

  • The full number and the page URL.
  • What specifically is inaccurate and why.
  • Your relationship to the number (owner, carrier, agent).
