Is (877) 578-3413 a scam? Community reports

Robo call several times per day (I have 16 voicemails with the same robo message). Trying to get you to get a loan. No name of company given. Several attempts at calls and I told them to remove me from their list. This does not work. I have reported it to the FTC, FCC and BBB for illegal calling. They will harass you and do not care if you report them as nothing is ever done with the reports.
